For  items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty, please complete and include the returns form with your goods when sending it back to us.  Please retain your proof of postage as we will need to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items.  This will be done once the return has been processed.

Any unauthorised returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will unfortunately  be forfeited.

All standard UK orders are processed within 3 to 5  businessdays with a shipping  cost of £5.00.

​Allow (8 to 20 days) for International Shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the the destination. Costs too will be dependent on individual international destinations.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including V.A.T.), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Proud Sista Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
